Previous Work Experience

Before launching her business as a Virtual Assistant and Online Engagement Manager, Madison spent nearly six years in multifamily property management with Greystar, where she worked at four properties, including two brand-new lease-ups. She advanced from Leasing Professional to Property Manager, and the community she managed was recognized as a finalist for the prestigious Emerald Awards presented by the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association (WMFHA).

Her clients value her ability to blend reliability with fresh ideas, making their work feel lighter and their goals more achievable.

What is Public Relations? 

Public Relations (PR) is all about building genuine connections between organizations and their audiences. At its core, PR focuses on clear communication, trust, and reputation — whether that’s through writing, media, social platforms, or community engagement. PR is about listening, communicating effectively, and helping people understand the story, values, and goals behind a business or brand. Madison’s PR training gives her a strong foundation in strategic communication and relationship-building.

Can She Manage My Social Media Accounts Directly?

Yes! Using software such as Meta Business Suite, you can grant Madison access to your social media accounts without ever giving her your passwords. This also allows her to respond to comments and direct messages for various social media platforms. She can also prepare content and send it to you in a ready-to-post format if you prefer.

Madison Gilbert is the owner of a virtual assistant and online engagement management business, where she supports entrepreneurs, teams, and small businesses with content creation, digital organization, and social media strategy.

Madison is a graduate of Central Washington University with a degree in Public Relations and spent nearly six years in property management before transitioning to running her own business full-time. Her background in communication and operations gives her a unique ability to balance creativity with structure, helping clients grow while staying organized and connected.

Originally from Issaquah, WA, Madison now enjoys working remotely with clients from a variety of industries. In her free time, she can often be found on a walk with her two dogs, Theon and Luna, or unwinding with a good book.
