During my time in property management, one of my key responsibilities was creating clear, engaging communications for residents. This often meant drafting content, editing for clarity and tone, and formatting messages for email distribution. Whether it was a detailed update on upcoming community changes or an announcement for new amenities like our guest suite, I focused on making information easy to read while still being informative. These email blasts not only kept residents informed but also strengthened community connection — a skillset I now bring to client-facing content and digital communications.
1. Community Updates Email
Dear Residents,
We have a few updates and reminders to share with you:
1. Resident Game Night - Tomorrow! - Join us for a fun Game Night in the Clubhouse tomorrow evening from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We’ll provide pizza and drinks, so come enjoy some games and socialize with your neighbors!
2. New Coffee Machine in the Clubhouse - We are excited to announce that a new coffee machine has been added to the Clubhouse! You can now enjoy a variety of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. If you notice that any supplies are running low, please let the office know, and we’ll restock or place an order.
3. Fire Alarm Inspections – Wednesday, September 25th - Fire alarm inspections will take place next Wednesday, September 25th, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. These inspections are mandatory and should only take a few minutes per unit. We will go building by building, so the alarms will not sound throughout the entire day. Further information will be delivered to your doors by Monday.
4. Trash and Recycling Reminder - We have three dumpster locations on the property. If one dumpster is full before the trash and recycling pick-up on Wednesdays, please use another location or wait until it has been emptied. Please do not leave trash or recycling outside the dumpsters. Also, remember to break down all boxes before placing them in the recycling bins to help maximize space.

Amenity Announcement Email
Dear Traverse North Bend Residents,
We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new Guest Suite! Perfect for hosting your visiting friends and family, this spacious 3-bedroom townhome is now available to reserve.
Details:
Rate: $150 per night
Deposit: $100 (refundable)
Eligibility: Reservations can only be made by residents for themselves or their guests.
To reserve the Guest Suite, please stop by the leasing office during regular business hours. Our team will be happy to assist you with the reservation process and answer any questions you may have.
